Please note that pre-registration for the event is intended solely for participation purposes. Completing pre-registration and receiving a registration number do not constitute an official invitation.

Official invitation letters, business registration certificates, letters of guarantee, and other institutional documents for visa applications will not be issued or provided to general participants who have not been formally invited by the organizing institutions.

International general participants are responsible for confirming the applicable visa requirements and completing the necessary procedures directly with the relevant Embassy or Consulate of the Republic of Korea.

Information regarding visa-related documentation for officially invited speakers and institutional guests will be provided separately by their respective inviting institutions.
